Description:
PP012101 Pilot Project — Feasibility Study on Reduction of Traffic-related Particulate Emissions by Means of Vehicle-mounted Fine Dust Filtration

Study on reduction of particulate emissions – the project will study methods for filtering particles emitted from brakes and filtering ambient air by testing prototype filtering methods on vehicles. Amongst the expected deliverables, this pilot project shall provide quantifiable evidence on how such systems have to be tested to assess their performance, which impact on air quality such filtration technologies can have and how these solutions can supplement the measures in air pollution control plans to provide clean air to residents.
