1. In addition to section II.1.1) of the notice, the full name of these proceedings is 'Retrofitting of selected ordinary courts with typhlographic plans and other room markings for persons with disabilities as part of the project 'Ensuring access to justice for persons with disabilities'.

2. The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of typhlographic plans and other room markings (information plates) intended for persons with disabilities specified in detail in Annex 2a-2b to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and in the terms of the proposed provisions of the contract (contract template) presented in Annex 5a/5b to the SWZ, respectively.

1.The subject of the contract is the development, manufacture, delivery and assembly of elements allowing to provide courts with information on the layout of rooms in the building, in a visual and tactile manner in accordance with the requirements of Article 6 point 1c of the Act of 19 July 2019 - Act on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2240).

The subject of the contract in the scope of lot No. 1 is the supply of typhlophic plans.

2. The development of a typhlographic plan should be done in a way that will be graphically consistent and designed so that a wide spectrum of recipients can use it. The scope of the area to be shown: the entrance zone to the building + ground floor + the first floor and/or subsequent floors (according to the situation plan of the court). For 3 selected courts, due to the small number of rooms, it is planned to make one plan covering the ground floor + the next floor. The plan must reflect the space of a given storey and the most important elements in a convex form, in a height perceptible to the blind. The plan shall provide information on the layout of the indicated rooms in the building, at least by visual and tactile means. Typhlographic plans will be mounted on the wall and placed on a pedestal in accordance with the amount and range indicated in point 3 below. Typhlographic plans should be provided with the assembly/foundation service.

3. The subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) Execution of 66 typhlographic plans measuring 300/450 mm on a pedestal

b) Execution of 35 typhlographic plans with dimensions of 300/450 mm mounted on the wall

c) Execution of 8 typhlographic plans measuring 210/300 mm on a pedestal

d) Execution of 4 typhlographic plans with dimensions of 210/300 mm mounted on the wall

e) Execution of 2 typhlographic plans with dimensions of 500/700 mm mounted on the wall

The subject of the contract is the development, manufacture, delivery and assembly of elements allowing to provide courts with information on the layout of rooms in the building, in a visual and tactile manner in accordance with the requirements of Article 6 point 1c of the Act of 19 July 2019 – the Act on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2240).

The subject of the contract in the scope of lot No. 2 is the supply of information plates.

2. An information plate printed in Braille, underprinted and described in Braille shall be provided with the assembly service. All plates must be installed consistently (uniformly) in the respective court building. Installation of information plates: at distances on the wall or screwed or glued on the door to individual rooms.

3. The subject of the contract includes in particular: making typhlographic - information plates with overprint with room markings in the total number of 1662 pieces:

a) Pos. 1: Information plate containing from 1 to 20 characters -1413 pieces

b) Pos. 2: Information plate containing from 21 to 55 characters - 249 pieces.
