The purpose of this multiannual service contract is to obtain the services of a service provider to ensure the maintenance of all computer equipment of all brands that are part of the public service of Wallonia, such as:
- Office equipment (station 1): PC, printer, scanner, plotter table and digitizing table;
- Server equipment (station 2): physical servers.
The subject of this contract is the maintenance of the above equipment after the expiry of their initial warranty (associated with their acquisition).
The details of the services concerned are set out in the technical clauses (Title IV of this special specification).
This contract does not confer any exclusivity on the successful bidder. The contracting authority may have services identical or similar to those described in these specifications performed by other service providers or by its own departments. The successful bidder will not be able, for this reason, to assert any right to compensation.
By submitting his tender, the successful tenderer undertakes to perform the services in accordance with these special specifications.
The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that the quantities mentioned in the inventory are presumed quantities. It is by no means a question of minimum or maximum quantities. They are given purely for information purposes without any commitment on the part of the contracting authority. These presumed quantities may be modified, possibly considerably by the contracting authority upwards or downwards, without giving rise to any right to any compensation.
