The purpose of the procurement is to carry out the annual statutory inspections assignments in Nordlandsnett’s concessionary area. The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of DLE services, where an annual inspection plans are the basis for call-offs.

Contract award will take place after the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Supply Regulation § 9-1 first section. The contracting authority will enter into the framework agreement with the engaged supplier. The framework agreement includes call-offs in accordance with the contractual regulations NS8404. Further description of the type of call-offs will be in the requirement specification, and the framework agreement and Annex.

The framework agreement will have one year duration with the opportunity to extend for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.

The basis for call-offs is in accordance with an annual inspection scheme containing approx. 2 100 objects, as well as approx. 200 new facilities per annum.
