The contract relates to the transport of people with disabilities and reduced personal autonomy, it is a service offered to residents, recognized as disabled according to Law 104/92 with motor difficulties that do not allow the use of the vehicles independently equipped.

Transportation for people with disabilities and reduced personal autonomy is a service offered to residents, recognized as disabled according to Law 104/92 with motor difficulties that do not allow the use of equipped vehicles independently.

The service has the following purposes:

- allow access to semi-residential facilities with direct USL management included in the Alto Chiascio - Social Zone 7 district, for periods that may be occasional, short or continuous over the year,

- allow disabled children to attend school in the municipal area for compulsory education and, in the absence of educational institutions aimed at fulfilling compulsory education on the spot, transport can also be carried out in the immediately adjoining municipal areas or, in last eventuality not neighboring, but still, in both cases, falling within the Social Zone n. 7. The service can also be extended to attending secondary schools of second degree, in compliance with the individualized project agreed with the Social Worker of the Municipality of residence and with the other services involved,

- allow children with disabilities rehabilitation activities at the childcare center of the territorially competent USL.
