Tolletaten c/o Tolldirektoratet (Toll) has implemented a negotiated procedure regarding a framework agreement for cameras/sensors for assembly along roads, for use in an automatic vehicle and registration plate recognition system. The contract also included assistance with assembly, as well as a contract for support and maintenance of the cameras/sensors. Customs made procurement on behalf of Customs, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) and the Police Department (the Police).
