A service provider is commissioned to take over the delivery and installation, as well as the operation and maintenance of the brand-new multifunctional devices.

Maintenance by the contractor includes the following service components:

- all travel costs of employees of the contractor

- Costs for the working time of employees of the contractor

-Repairs

- Maintenance

-Spares

- Consumables excl. paper

- Collection and disposal of spare parts and consumables
