Looking for a trainer to provide training services for in-house leadership development programme please see documents attached.

City, University of London is embarking on a tender process to appoint a provider to deliver our in-house leadership programme. This tender will be split into 2 lots as follows:

Lot 1: Modular-based leadership development programme; guided contact hours: 4-day equivalent or approx. 28 hours;

Lot 2: Coaching and 360 Feedback for the leadership programme participants; 4 x 90-min coaching sessions per participant.

The service will be for a period of up to 3 years (with the option to extend for up to 2 periods of 1 year).
