With this tender, the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH from the Hospital Association of the Barmherzige Brüder each pursue the goal of concluding their own contract with a uniform contractor for the supply of Cisco Catalyst 9120AXI access points. Each client concludes its own contract with the same contractor and is entitled to call it off from its own contract.

With this tender, the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH from the Hospital Association of the Barmherzige Brüder each pursue the goal of concluding their own contract with a uniform contractor for the supply of Cisco Catalyst 9120AXI access points. Each client concludes its own contract with the same contractor and is entitled to call it off from its own contract.

The scope of services includes in detail:

- the delivery of 551 identical Cisco Catalyst 9120AXI access points as well as

- for each access point, the provision of a Cisco DNA Software Essentials, TERM lic Subscription License for 3 years and

- for each access point, the permanent provision of a Network Essentials license.

Furthermore, for each access point, a one-time renewal option for the Cisco DNA Software Essentials, TERM lic Subscription License for 2 additional years after the end of the above-mentioned 3-year basic term must be offered.

The scope of services is distributed among the clients as follows:

For the Klinikum St. Elisabeth: 123 pieces

For the Barmherzige Brüder Regensburg Hospital: 334 units

For the Barmherzige Brüder Krankenhaus München: 19 pieces

For the Barmherzige Brüder Krankenhaus St. Barbara Schwandorf: 36 pieces

For the Paul Gerhardt Haus: 39 pieces
