This is an invitation to tender by Dublin Bus for the provision of employee assistance services for Dublin Bus employees to provide them with support on matters related to their employment, or personal life, that may impact on their performance at work. We also require the provision of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) in the event of a critical incident occurring in the course of our operations. The tender is for a period of three (3) years with an option for two twelve (12) month extensions.
