The schools order their essential need for books before and after the summer holidays within the framework of a main and re-order date of 4-6 weeks each, which is announced to the contractor when the order is placed. The textbooks that are free of learning materials also include atlases and mathematical formula collections, which are awarded by schools to students who are exempt from their own contribution. The books must be delivered within 2 weeks of receipt of the order (also for repeat orders and single copies if necessary). This does not apply if other agreements have been made in individual cases or for books that are not yet deliverable due to special circumstances that are not the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must deliver such books immediately.
