The subject of the contract includes the collection of mixed and segregated municipal waste and the collection and management of problem waste from the area of the Wągrowiec Municipality.

1. The subject of the contract includes the collection of mixed and segregated municipal waste as well as the collection and management of problematic waste from the area of the Wągrowiec Municipality.
2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: collection from inhabited and uninhabited properties, : mixed municipal waste, collected in containers or containers, municipal waste collected in a selective manner in containers or bags, including: glass, paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging collected together in one container or bag, biodegradable green waste; collection and management of bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, tires and other waste (including bathroom ceramics, doors, windows, bathtubs, shower cubicles, etc.) from inhabited properties and properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, expired medicines from containers set up in pharmacies, used batteries and portable accumulators from utility facilities other non-biodegradable waste, natural Christmas trees, with the proviso that their collection will be carried out at the turn of January and February 2024 from inhabited properties.
3. Owners of inhabited real estate and real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes have the right to transfer the following waste fractions free of charge to PSZOK: glass (15 01 07), paper ( 15 01 01), plastics, metals and multi-material packaging (15 01 02 ), biodegradable green waste, including wood waste ( 20 02 01), furniture and other bulky waste ( 20 03 07), waste tires (16 01 03), hazardous waste, including expired medicines, chemicals (15 01 10*, 20 01 32), waste batteries and accumulators ( 20 01 35*, 20 01 36), waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35*, 20 01 36), construction and demolition waste from minor renovation works, which are carried out independently and for which decisions of the construction authority are not required, e.g. a building permit or notification of works (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 03 80, 17 06 04 ),
4. The projected amount of municipal waste that will be generated in the city of Wągrowiec during the term of the contract, i.e. from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024:

3) glass, glass packaging 20 01 02, 15 01 07 - 550,00 Mg

(5) plastics, plastic packaging, metals, multi-material packaging 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, - 660,00 Mg
