The subject of the award procedure are cleaning services by the building cleaning trade / by a building service provider

The object cleaning in the administration building is basically carried out as "visual cleaning". (Special regulations cf. LV are to be taken into account)!

The object cleaning in the social building is carried out in principle as "maintenance cleaning" on the basis of performance indicators assigned to individual rooms (special regulations see LV are to be taken into account).

The object cleaning in the "Other MHKW plant area" is basically carried out as "maintenance cleaning" on the basis of performance indicators assigned to individual rooms. (Special regulations cf. LV are to be taken into account)

The object cleaning in the power plant is basically carried out as "industrial cleaning".
