This contract consists of a service of collection, transport and treatment of household special waste (MSW) on all the public recyparcs of Wallonia.
This is a joint contract by Copidec SCRL on behalf of the following contracting authorities:
- Inter-communal Idelux Environment,
- inter-municipal BEP Environment,
- inter-municipal InBW,
- inter-municipal TIBI,
- inter-municipal Hygea,
- inter-municipal Intradel,
- inter-municipal Ipalle,
- city of Eupen,
- City of Louvière.
The Recyparcs accommodate some waste from the usual household activity that can not be taken into account by the usual collection of household waste, without creating risks to people or the environment. This waste may be corrosive, harmful, toxic, irritant, oxidizing, easily flammable, infectious, or generally damaging (see market documents).
The fraction of DSM (special household waste) to be handled in lot A1 is empty plastic packaging (ie containing less than 10% of liquid) which has contained dangerous substances, in short the " EPV. "
The fraction of MSW (household special waste) to be handled in lot A2 is empty plastic packaging (ie containing less than 10% of liquid) which has contained dangerous substances, in abbreviated form. EPV. "
The fraction of MSW (Household Special Waste) to be handled in lot A3 is empty plastic packaging (ie containing less than 10% of liquid) which has contained hazardous substances, in short the " EPV. "
The fractions of DSM (Household Special Waste) to be handled in lots B1 to B3 are:
- fire extinguishers,
- The batteries,
- printing inks, toners and ink cartridges,
- products containing mercury (thermometers ...),
- fertilizers and pesticides (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, etc.),
- wood treatment products and strippers,
- paints, varnishes, glues and synthetic resins,
- bombs and aerosols marked with a pictogram of dangerousness,
- non-refillable gas cylinders type "camping - gas",
- packages containing or having contained plant protection products,
- syringes,
- the photos products,
- X-rays,
- sludge from septic tank degreasers packed in hermetic containers,
- all the various chemical products, such as:
- acids and bases used for cleaning (ammonia, ...), descaling (hydrochloric acid, ...), uncorking (caustic soda, ...),
- salts, including snow removal,
Halogenated and non-halogenated solvents,
Flammable liquids used as diluents (petroleum, white spirit, acetone, toluene, etc.),
Organic compounds having a character of danger,
- pool maintenance products and / or water treatment,
- the reagents (including peroxides ...) which are used in the composition of products based on several components, ...,
- picric acid in liquid form exclusively,
- products whose chemical composition is unknown or which result from a mixture,
- absorbents soiled by dangerous liquids,
- vehicle oil filters,
- Empty packagings (ie containing less than 10% of liquid) of metal containing dangerous substances.
These fractions, which are the subject of Lot B1 of this contract, receive the designation "Other DSM" or "ADSM".
