Under the title 'Architectuur Dichterbij' a program of six (6) years has been started that takes care of the restoration of large parts of the architecture collection. On the basis of this 'Architecture Closer to Architecture' master plan, the contracting authority received a decision in February 2019 of EUR 11,000,000 for the restoration and further digitization of the collection. The aim is to bring the consultability of the design drawings collection, consisting of approximately 1 400 000 pieces, at least equal to the national average. The design drawings collection, together with the photo collection and the Theo van Doesburg collection, are made accessible by restoring, digitizing and preserving preventively and actively. The 2 main objectives: increasing the physical consultability and improving the accessibility of the digitized collection.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a tenderer for performing art transport during an initial period of two (2) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of two (2) times one (1) year.

The present contract in this tender represents a value of approximately EUR 55,000.00 per year. No rights may be derived from this amount.
