WATMOS is a charitable registered provider of social housing and are landlord partner for three TMO's in Lambeth, London managed by Ethelred Tenant Management Organisation, Thorlands Housing Management Society and METRA Housing Co-operative. A Contracting partner is being engaged to undertake property investment and cyclical maintenance works on a number of these properties.
