Framework agreement, with a single operator, concerning the supply of data loggers for monitoring flow rates and pressures in the aqueduct network with the technical characteristics referred to in art. 2 of the Special Tender Specifications and the improvements made during the technical offer.

Technical specifications, delivery times, product warranty and execution methods of supply are described in the special tender specifications and their annexes. Since this is a framework agreement, the consideration for the execution of the contract will be determined by the supplies actually processed, at the unit prices offered during the tender, without any guaranteed minimum.
