This DPS is for major planned and cyclical works programmes at Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust including Cyclical Decorations, Refurbishments of domestic properties, Aids and Adaptations, Fire Alarms and External Works including fencing.

Applications are invited from organisations that can provide one or more such service.

The DPS sets the terms and conditions under which services contracts will be awarded over the next 2 years.

Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is inviting organisations with appropriate experience to apply to become a member under its DPS.

As and when required, Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust will issue a requirement (for a given scope of service requirement) to all qualifying organisations who are then members of the DPS.

Subject to an organisation retaining appropriate qualifications and accreditations, and other delivery criteria, contracts will be awarded on the basis of price.
