The Vallei en Veluwe Water Board wants to give substance to the objectives regarding (digital) sustainable information management and (case-oriented) services. Preconditions for achieving this objective is to have information provision that provides the necessary functionality and integrates optimally with the already existing facilities.

Functionalities for which the application is used are:

• Requests for products and services

• Managing e-forms

• Show and update current affairs and my data

• Managing business

• Managing documents

• Archiving information objects

• Registering and sharing cases

• Registering and sharing documents

• Registering and handling reports of public space

• Managing customer contacts

• Support of project-based work

• Support of administrative decision-making

Agreement for six years and twice the possibility to extend it by two years.
