The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without justification of an acceptance obligation to cover procurement requirements of the beneficiaries of various, brand-new hardware, including optional maintenance, services and supplementary contractual services, as well as accessories, if required, of those entitled to purchase that cannot yet be planned and specified in detail. "Racks" (lot 1), "USV" (lot 2) and "Netzwerktechnik" (lot 3) are advertised Special purpose associations in the federal state of Thuringia including their legally independent and dependent institutions and associations and other forms of cooperation.

The subject of the tender of lot 1 comprises the procurement of server cabinets ("racks") in various product classes and product versions as well as other additional contractual services. It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to 3 economic participants in lot 1. Within this lot, the specification of a manufacturer is over all product classes are mandatory.

Over the standard term of the framework agreement (see Section II.2.7 of the notice), the client estimates a total value of approx. 1,500,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years including estimated additional needs, however without any extension rights (see II.2.11) of the announcement).

The subject of the tender for lot 2 comprises the procurement of devices for the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in various product classes and product versions as well as other additional contractual services. It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators in lot 2. Within this lot, it is imperative to specify a manufacturer across all product classes.

Over the standard term of the framework agreement (see Section II.2.7 of the notice), the client estimates a total value of approx. EUR 3,000,000.00 excluding VAT. The estimated total value is based on the experience of recent years including estimated additional requirements, however without any extension rights (see II.2.11) of the announcement).

The subject of the tender for lot 3 comprises the procurement of switch devices for computer networks (network technology) in various product classes and product versions as well as other additional contractual services. It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to 3 economic operators in lot 3. Within this lot, it is imperative to specify a manufacturer across all product classes.

Over the standard term of the framework agreement (see Section II.2.7 of the notice), the client estimates a total value of approx. 6,000,000.00 EUR excluding VAT without any extension rights (see II.2.11) of the announcement).
