The purpose of this procedure is the award, by framework agreement, of the supply of tyres for company vehicles belonging to the Geofor spa fleet, and of the assistance service and other ancillary services for 12 (twelve) months.

More specifically, the Framework Agreement concerns the following services:

1) supply of new and retreaded tyres, inner tubes, valves, flaps;

2) assistance/accessories service: tyre assembly/disassembly, inner tube replacement, wheel balancing, convergence, trim control, tyre reversal, tube repair, tyre repair, flap replacement, inner tube replacement, carving and other services specified in more detail in the tariff set out in Annex B to this letter of invitation;

3) Disposal of end-of-life carcasses that cannot be retreaded;

4) 24-hour assistance service including holidays.
