Electricity supply

a) Registration in the Register of Companies or in the Register of Craft Enterprises for activities relevant to those covered by this tender procedure.

b) Average annual specific turnover in the electricity sales sector referring to the last three available financial years (2020-2021-2022) not less than € 901,770.33 (Euronine hundred and one thousand seven hundred and seventy/thirty-three) excluding VAT.

c) Execution in the last three years of at least one contract, awarded by a public or private end customer, for the supply of electricity (so-called "peak" supply) on a POD in MV for a total of not less than 4,366,524 kWh per year.
