The purpose of this framework agreement is to retain the service provider to whom ANFH will entrust the following services:

- The realization and processing of annual surveys to be deployed among hospital civil servants in all territories benefiting from a Professional Training Leave (CFP) financed by ANFH

And, in parallel,

- The realization and processing of annual surveys to be deployed among apprentices whose apprenticeship system has been financed by ANFH

These quantitative and qualitative surveys will focus on the path that the said beneficiaries or apprentices have completed and their future following the implementation of the system requested and financed by ANFH.

The service provider selected at the end of this consultation will conduct annual national surveys of agents who have completed training funded as part of a vocational training leave, and apprentices, accompanied by ANFH deployed throughout the territories (26 delegations) and will analyze the results.

Beforehand, it will be responsible for designing the questionnaires in which the contracting authority will be associated.
