Designing, setting up, configuring and adequately managing the IT environment at the schools, within the set frameworks and scope of the assignment. As well as offering services, fulfilling the advisory role and supervising and implementing the transition to an environment where data storage is done in Office 365. The objective here is to obtain software from the cloud, but if schools cannot obtain desired software from the cloud, it must also be made available by the tenderer as an exception but as part of the service.
