The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for the Municipal Guard m.st. Warsaw in the field of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal items and their returns, as well as handling postal orders in domestic foreign trade

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for the Municipal Guard m.st. Warsaw in the field of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal items and their returns, as well as handling postal orders in domestic foreign trade.

2. The Contractor shall provide the services specified in paragraph 1, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ and the provisions of the Model Agreement constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
