Services for the collection and management of waste fractions with code 19 12 04

The subject of the contract are waste collection and management services with code 191204 in installations that have decisions allowing the recovery of waste in one of the processes from R1 to R12. Waste from the processing of mixed and selectively delivered municipal waste with a fraction> 80 mm, combustion heat value above 6 MJ / kg dm. The waste contains plastic (e.g. foil, plastic packaging), rubber elements. May contain small amount of waste paper. The waste is sorted in solid form and has no properties that can make it hazardous. Waste will be loaded loose or in bales on means of transport substituted by the Contractor. Estimated amount of waste for collection and management: 3,000 Mg. The first 1,000 Mg must be picked up and managed within a maximum of 60 days of signing the contract. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Employer.

The subject of the order are the services of successive collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 04 - plastics and rubber from the Municipal Installation in Suwałki. The amount of waste with code 19 12 04 that the Purchaser will submit for collection and management during the contract period is 3,000 Mg. This amount is estimated and serve the Contractor in the alternative to prepare the offer and calculate the costs, but does not constitute grounds for any claims in this respect. The ordering party is not obliged to complete the order in full. Collection of waste will result from the current needs of the Employer. Within a maximum of 60 days from the day of signing the contract, the Contractor will be required to collect and manage waste with the code 19 12 04 in the amount of 1,000 Mg. The remaining quantities of waste, the Contractor will be obliged to successively collect and manage in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste in one of the recovery processes from R1 to R12. Collection of waste will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance during transport and unloading. The Employer ensures that the waste is loaded onto means of transport substituted by the Contractor only on business days from 7.30-14.30. It is allowed to load waste on other days and hours after prior arrangement of another date and its acceptance by the Employer. Collection of waste by the Contractor will take place on the basis of individual orders of the Employer submitted by phone or via e-mail. Loading will take place with the Employer's equipment, enabling efficient filling of means of transport substituted by the Contractor, e.g. semi-trailers with a moving floor, semi-trailers. "Curtains", containers, etc. Weighing the waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the legalized weight of the Employer, located on the premises of the Municipal Installation in Suwałki, and if the Contractor or the final waste recipient has a legalized weight, also on its weight. The Ordering Party's weight has a weighing accuracy up to ± 20 kg. The weighing will be confirmed each time by a weighing document issued by the Employer to the driver transporting waste. The Contractor after collecting the waste will each time confirm the weight of the collected waste. In the event of a difference in the mass of waste delivered by the Employer to the Contractor or the final waste recipient, up to 3% of the weight indicated on the Employer's weight, the weight of the waste shown on the weight of the Contractor or the final waste recipient will be accepted for settlement. The contractor is responsible for the acts and omissions of its staff and entities which it used to perform the subject of the contract, e.g. hired carriers. Upon the release of the Contractor's waste or the carrier indicated by him, the Contractor shall pass to the Contractor all benefits and burdens associated with them and the risk of their accidental loss or damage, in particular he shall assume responsibility for the waste issued, for proper handling and for the consequences thereof.
