The subject of the award procedure is the award of operating services with vehicles: 1 x 12 m low-floor or low entry and 1 x midibus with a minimum of 10 seats (20 total seats) in scheduled services in accordance with Sections 42, 43 Passenger Transport Act (PBefG).

Requirements for the vehicles:

- Construction year. 2012 or later;

- Air conditioned;

- LAWO outdoor advertisements;

- On-board computer from Init (EvendPC 1).
