The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

a) support in determining and executing the strategic course;

b) support the preparation of the quality plan;

c) support the organization and execution of Yurts;

d) support advising on organizational design and implementation of changes.

The parties to be contracted are a critical sparring partner. They offer MBO Rijnland innovative viewpoints in developing and implementing strategic policies.

Guest lectures on strategy, educational issues (e.g. in the field of examination) and auditing are outside the scope of this assignment.

The scope of the assignment is unpredictable in advance. The size is expected to exceed the threshold for European procurement.
