The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as the order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code.
The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum expressed in value within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 2
Maximum amount for the entire duration of the public contract: 650,000 EUR excluding tax.
The public contract is a single beneficiary. The public contract is concluded at a global and fixed price for the foreseeable part and at unit prices for the non-programmable part.
The part of foreseeable services corresponds to preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. The part of non-programmable services corresponds to curative maintenance.
Prices are subject to revision under the conditions provided for in the CCAP.
