The offer concerns the following product and sub-product groups:

Service Agreement – Basic Fee, Printer – Service Agreement – Click and Printer – Accessories and Printer – Toner
• Software: Follow me – Kortlæser, Follow me – Licens, Follow-me – Support- og vedligeholdelsesaftale og Universal Print Management System – Licens
• Services: Used Equipment, Express Service, Firmware Version, Relocation, Installation, Delivery, Security, Support Hours and Training
It is mandatory for the bidder to offer all product lines. There is no voluntary assortment.
The agreement will be binding for those of SKI's customers who have joined before the tender. The agreement will also be binding on the state. It can also be used voluntarily by some SKI customers. It is described in Annexes A and A.1 which customers can use the agreement.
The framework agreement is awarded to the expected 3 suppliers, each of whom has submitted 1 of the 3 lowest total evaluation technical prices according to the award criterion "Price". More specifically, the evaluation of products in the product group "Machinery" is carried out as a TCO calculation according to the award criterion "Costs", while the evaluation of products and services in the product groups "Accessories", "Software" and "Services" is carried out according to the award criterion "Price".
Machines must be delivered brand new with purchased accessories and ready for operation incl. consumables. Certain machines must be of the same manufacturer's brand. See Annex B.
Accessories include service agreements for machines: The service agreement includes toner, updates, service, support, etc. The duration of the service agreement is 6 years with the possibility of extension by 1 x 1 year.
Software includes licenses and support for Follow-me software and Universal Print Management system etc. The duration of the support agreement is 6 years with the possibility of extension by 1 x 1 year.
The customer's award of the delivery contract takes place as a direct award based on the lowest price of the customer's specific purchase. The Customer's award may include one/more options. An option must be exercised no later than 24 months after the expiry date of the framework agreement. See Annex D.
