The subject of the award of pharmacy services is the supply of all inpatient areas of the Klinikum Frankfurt Höchst GmbH (KFH) with pharmaceuticals, pharmacy-only medical devices and pharmacy-standard goods as well as the assumption of all related services and advisory services on the basis of relevant laws (especially Section 14 Para. 5 ApoG), ordinances, professional regulations and official decrees. The award includes the conclusion of a supply contract in accordance with the Pharmacy Act (ApoG). The pharmacy services are currently provided by the clinic's own pharmacy. The pharmacy services are to be outsourced to an external delivery pharmacy.

The award includes the conclusion of a supply contract (framework delivery and service contract) in accordance with the Pharmacy Act (ApoG). The applicants must ensure the needs-oriented, cost-optimized and smooth supply of the client (AG) with drugs, pharmacy-only medical devices and pharmacy-standard goods. To this end, applicants must demonstrate a high level of competence in the areas of pharmaceutical services and consulting, organization, purchasing and controlling as well as logistics services. For this purpose, the applicants must show in appropriate concepts (personnel concept and supply concept) how the optimal supply of the KFH can be guaranteed. In addition, a concept for taking over the pharmacy employees of the KFH is required.
