The subject of the contract is the expansion and modernization of the access control system along with assembly and service in the building at 3 Postępu Street in Warsaw, and in particular the purchase of electronic devices and means of mechanical protection with software, the execution of cable installation, the installation of devices in the indicated locations and the completion of works related to the modernization of the access control system (SKD).
Expansion and modernization of the access control system along with assembly and service in the building at 3 Postępu Street in Warsaw, in particular the purchase of electronic devices and means of mechanical protection together with software, execution of cable installation, installation of devices in the indicated locations and completion of works related to the modernization of the access control system (SKD) in accordance with the offer submitted by the Contractor and the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the OPZ. As part of the implementation of the task described in the first sentence, the Contractor is obliged first of all:
1) deliver the equipment, perform assembly and other works specified in the OPZ and launch the SKD system and hand it over to the Ordering Party for use;
2) perform the extension and assembly of the SKD system, use devices, installation materials and brand new, non-regenerated cabling, preserved by a method ensuring the preservation of their properties and technical and operational parameters purchased from manufacturers not earlier than after the date of signing the Agreement;
3) carry out installation and assembly works with due care and diligence, in accordance with the applicable technology of execution and in such a way as not to lead to the destruction or damage of existing networks, buildings, installations, devices, objects or objects located on the premises of the National Prosecutor's Office;
4) to personally perform design and documentation work under the Agreement, which means that it should not entrust the performance of the above-mentioned works to Subcontractors;
5) to personally perform appropriate changes in the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party, which will result from the work carried out by the Contractor, which means that it will not entrust the performance of the above-mentioned works to Subcontractors;
6) train users and administrators of the SKD system in the principles of use and administration and issue relevant certificates in this respect;
7) provide proximity cards and manuals necessary to use the SKD system on the day of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol by the Parties.
