The subject matter of the order is the delivery and operational installation of a confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM), including installation of the associated software, implementation of an expert initial briefing for three employees in the operation and function of the system by suitable german- or English-speaking personnel at the customer's site as well as transmission of german and/or English-language operating instructions in electronic form (e.g. USB or download in PFD format). In addition, a two-day training course (6 hours each) for five employees is carried out at the client's site within eight weeks of the installation by suitable german- or English-speaking personnel. In addition, the contractor guarantees both the availability of spare parts for the system and the provision of available software updates for a period of at least ten years from the date of operational installation.
