The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275— “Forests Act”) covering work on breeding and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and acquisition of timber retraction and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Gromnik in the year 2022

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking timber, and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management, which consists of:

— work size by action groups; actions and location

— timber collection sortyment system;

— the statement of the distance and conditions of the wood rip;

— a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

—information on the use of possible logging technologies

1. The subject of the Order in Package VIII is services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber, maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the Skrzyszów forestry area in the year 2022.

2 The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

— work size by action groups; actions and location

— timber collection sortyment system;

— the statement of the distance and conditions of the wood rip;

— a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

— information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. in the SWZ are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests (OSTWPL) and Decision No 47 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Kraków of 12 October 2021 on the update of the Regional Description of the Standard of Forest Prac Performance Technology — ROSTWPL, which includes all the changes included in the OSTWPL (text uniform — consistent for national and regional standards). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishment of a new location is carried out within the object of the order, always only in the Package Realization Area.In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from the acquisition in the machine system (logging of wood on cuts positions on which it is unacceptable to use machines multi-operational) in particularly justified cases, such as changes in the conditions for which the above operations have been established, the Contracting Authority authorises a change in logging technology. The rationale shall be provided to the Contractor each time.

2 The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

— work size by action groups; actions and location

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. in the SWZ are estimated.

4) Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in organizational units State Forests (OSTWPL) and Decision No 47 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Kraków of 12 October 2021 on the update of the Regional Description of the Standard of Forest Works Execution Technology — ROSTWPL, which contains all changes taken into account in the OSTWPL (text uniform — consistent for national and regional standards). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as pausing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Execution Area (including locations in the Package Realization Area not pre-indicated in SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Areas, within the framework of the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject specified in the SWZ, which are to be executed throughout the Package Execution Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the order in the course of execution of the object of the order may also occur in order to complete the full range of work described in the subject of the order. Determination of a new location takes place within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Execution Area.
