The city of Sandersdorf-Brehna is planning to set up a day care center for 160 children in the district of Roitzsch. The age composition is assumed to be approximately 50 childcare places under the age of 3 and about 110 care places over 3 years. Structural planning for service phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI

The scope of services should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Annex 14 (for § 51 paragraph 6, § 52 paragraph 2) HOAI. A detailed description of services can be found in the attached contract template.

On the basis of the structure to be planned with low difficulty and from Annex 14 HOAI 2021, the fee zone II is to be assigned.

Gradual commissioning is planned:

Level 1: LP 1 to LP 4;

Level 2: LP 5 and LP 6.
