The subject of this contract is the conclusion of insurance contracts for the City Council, AGB Woonbedrijf Menen, CC De Steiger and the OCMW Menen in accordance with the provisions and conditions set out below.
The insurer is advised that the conditions stated in these specifications always take precedence over his general conditions or the conditions stated in the policy.
Specific provisions of the specifications must therefore be included in the policies that will be drawn up afterwards.
