The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 1,248 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 13,129.45 MWh, including:

1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) – 6 663.49 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ

2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) – 1 971.14 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ

3) For road lighting (Lot 3 of the contract) – 4 494.82 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1c

Quality standards

1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Electricity quality standards are described in SWZ Chapter III. Description of the Subject of the Contract, in the Act of the European Parliament and the Regulations.

In July 2024, the contracting authority plans to connect the installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 50.00 kWp to the DSO network and obtain the status of a Producer. The contracting authority provides (after launching the installation) to conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES microinstallation and not used at the place of its production (about 1.0 MWh per year), which will be valid until 31.12.2024.

The Contracting Authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.6.The Contracting Authority Świekatowo Municipality, after connecting the RES installation to the network, will have the status of a Producer in the nw. objects PPE numbers:

The deposit in part I is PLN 66 thousand and 15 sales contracts.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 1 971.14 MWh, of which:

Zone I: 875.80 MWh

Zone II 190.40 MWh

Strefa III 904,94 MWh

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire with effect on the date preceding the scheduled start date of supply (the “Supply Period” column).

7. For all PPE, the change of the seller will take place once again.

The deposit in the second part is PLN 29,000 and provides for 4 sales agreements

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 663 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 4 494.82 MWh, of which:

Zone I: 3,686.57 MWh

Zone II 808.25 MWh

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and finish) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

The deposit in the third part amounts to PLN 63,000 and provides for 9 sales contracts.
