This contract is a contract of services within the meaning of Art. 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act.

Explanation:

Stad Sint Truiden and AGB PARTI wish to conclude a framework agreement with a single maintenance company for their various buildings spread across the territory of Sint Truiden. clients' buildings including carrying out the necessary repairs, interventions and breakdown assistance to ensure proper functioning.
