The subject of the contract is the provision of motor transport services in the field of carriage of persons and cargo in the territory of the country commissioned by Telewizja Polska S.A. during the period of 18 months.

1. A detailed description of the object of the contract and the method of its execution for a given part of the order is contained in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting, for Part I of the contract, Annex No 2A to SWZ, for Part II of the order — Annex No 2B to SWZ.

2. The order consists of the following parts:

1) Part I — the provision of motor transport services in the field of carriage of persons and cargo on the territory of the country commissioned by Telewizja Polska S.A. during the period of 18 months - TAXI;

2) Part II — the provision of motor transport services in the field of carriage of persons and cargo in the territory of the country commissioned by Telewizja Polska S.A. in the period of 18 months - OTHER.
