According to HOAI 2021, Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 1 Structural Planning for the new construction of the Gymnasium am Güterbahnhof, which includes a 5-class (lower secondary level) or 6-class (upper secondary level) grammar school together with a three-field gymnasium, must be provided.
Structural engineering services for LP 1-6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021 as well as variant investigation according to the requirements of the Structural Engineering Department. different possible solutions within the service phases 1+2.
The building is expected to be heated by means of a district heating connection from Energieversorgung Offenbach (EVO).
An economical, convincing overall concept must be developed, taking into account the specifications of the client, the interests of the other specialist disciplines and adhering to the project budget. Energy consumption and CO2 emissions are to be optimized.
The client attaches great importance to close supervision and monitoring of all work, as well as coordination and information for everyone involved, including the users.

Active cooling technologies of the entire building must be avoided, but the need for alternative or regenerative cooling technologies must be taken into account. It can be assumed that free or mechanical ventilation systems are required. Provision must be made for humidity to be regulated during the winter months.
