According to current cost estimates, the total costs (KG 200-700) amount to EUR 5,338,110.88 (gross). A plot of land in Steinsberg is available for the new building, although in the outdoor area, the buildability or the possibility of the planned children's house has already been clarified with the district office.

The planning services are to be awarded in spring 2022. The planning (input planning) should then be completed by summer 2022 at the latest so that construction can start as quickly as possible and the project is completed and ready for occupancy by autumn 2023 at the latest.
