The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the area of the Łapanów Municipality from 17 villages: Boczów, Brzezowa, Chrostowa, Cichawka, Grabie, Kamyk, Kępanów, Kobylec, Lubomierz, Łapanów, Sobolów, Tarnawa, Ubrzeż, Wieruszyce, Wola Wieruszycka, Wolica, Zbydniów and summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Łapanów Municipality and the organization and conducting the PSZOK from 2.01.2024 to 31.12.2024

- The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the area of the Łapanów Municipality from 17 villages: Boczów, Brzezowa, Chrostowa, Cichawka, Grabie, Kamyk, Kępanów, Kobylec, Lubomierz, Łapanów, Sobolów, Tarnawa, Ubrzeż, Wieruszyce, Wola Wieruszycka, Wolica, Zbydniów and summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Łapanów Municipality and the organization and conducting the PSZOK from 2.01.2024 to 31.12.2024
- Equipping the property with bags intended for waste collection. Recording - using portable barcode readers - the number of emptied containers and the number and type of bags collected from a given property.
- Organizing and carrying out the collection of bulky waste and hazardous waste twice a year from the property and waste electrical and electronic equipment and tires twice a year from the area of the Municipal Municipal Plant, Kobylec 64A 32-740 Łapanów. The date of collection of the above waste will be determined by the Ordering Party with the Contractor.
- Equipment of pharmacies with containers for expired medicines and the provision of containers for selective collection of batteries and small-sized batteries in the Municipality Office building and six schools within the municipality.
- Organizing and running a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - PSZOK at a distance of up to 20 km from the commune borders.
- Provide each property with a municipal waste collection schedule covering the entire year 2024.
- Compliance by the Contractor with the limits of received/ accepted waste.

Attention:
The amount of actual collected and developed unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and received and processed selectively collected municipal waste may differ from the declared and will depend on the actual demand of the Contracting Authority, and the Contracting Authority will not incurred no consequences from this title. The maximum quantities provided in the description of the item of the order are only estimates.
Contractors who meet the conditions for having the appropriate technical potential and the provisions of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels may apply for the Contract. In accordance with the provisions of the Act, as of 1 January 2020, a local government unit commissions the performance of a public task to an entity whose fleet of vehicles used to perform the task consists of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas.
1) Pursuant to Article 68b(3)(d) in conjunction with Article 68a(1)(2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023.462, i.e. of 2023.03.10), the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract with the share of at least 7% of vehicles powered by alternative fuel in the total number of vehicles intended for the performance of the said contract. The share of vehicles shall be calculated using the rule laid down in Article 36a whereby the share below 0,5 shall be rounded down and the share of 0,5 and above shall be rounded up.
2) In order to demonstrate the above obligation, the Contractor is obliged to submit a statement on the number of vehicles intended for the performance of the contract at the latest on the date of signing the contract, in particular indicating the category of vehicles, the type of fuel or drive of the vehicle, the make of the vehicle and the registration number of the vehicle. In the statement, the contractor is obliged to indicate all the vehicles with which he will provide the service.
3) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to check the compliance of the information provided in the statement with the actual state of affairs during the performance of the contract with the Contractor
