The tender concerns design and consultancy work in the field of landscape development and layout.

The planning area within the assignment consists of the outdoor space of the locations, where projects will be running, belonging to the organization of the client:

- at the four locations of the four regions Aalsmeer, Dordrecht, Houten and Rijswijk, belong in any case to the Plan area. After the award phase, these four areas will be divided, through further agreements, between the two Contractors of the Framework Agreement,

- all other locations, where projects will be running, that are part of the contracting authority's organization. With the exception of the locations where the landscape design has already been put out to tender,

- possible extensions in the locations of the contracting authority.

The further agreements indicate to which part of the plan area the further agreement relates.
