Description:
Increasing the attractiveness of educational and tourist facilities through the purchase of equipment

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of furniture, multimedia equipment and other equipment for newly created educational and tourist facilities for the benefit of the Municipality of Uniejów implemented under the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program for investments carried out in a period not longer than 12 months in a partial layout.

2. The order is divided into 6 Lots:

Part 1: Delivery of furniture and educational assortment to the kindergarten

Part 2: Delivery of equipment and kitchen equipment to the kindergarten

Part 3: Delivery of multimedia equipment to the kindergarten in Uniejów

Part 4 : delivery of multimedia equipment and museum and exhibition furniture to Centrum Spycimierskie

Part 5: Delivery of furniture and other equipment to Centrum Spycimierskie

Part 6: Delivery of furniture and equipment to the graduation tower with the geothermal water pump room and to the Geothermal Tourism Point

Part 1, 2 and 3 is carried out as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of an integration kindergarten in Uniejów"

Part 4 and 5 is implemented as part of the investment task entitled: "Spycimierz castle as an attraction of cultural and folk tourism of the Uniejów Health Resort"

Part No. 6 is carried out as part of the investment task

"Creation of an interactive geothermal tourism point in Uniejów" and

"Intensification of tourism economy in the Uniejów Health Resort through the construction of a graduation tower with a thermal water pump room"

3. The execution of the order includes the purchase, delivery of brand new furniture, multimedia equipment and other equipment in accordance with the specified scopes for each part along with the assembly service in the following facilities:

a) Integration kindergarten located at Targowa Street in Uniejów

b) Spycimierz Centre located in Spycimierz

c) Graduation towers with a pump room at Bpa Świnki Street in Uniejów

d) Geothermal Tourism Point at Zamkowa Street in Uniejów.

4. The detailed scope of works is included in the following attached to the SWZ: Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ):.

Increasing the attractiveness of educational and tourist facilities through the purchase of equipment Part 1: Delivery of furniture and educational assortment to the kindergarten

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture, equipment and other equipment for a newly established kindergarten in the Municipality of Uniejów. 2. Part No. 1 is implemented as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of an integration kindergarten in Uniejów" 3. The execution of the order includes the purchase, delivery of brand new furniture, equipment and other equipment in accordance with the specified scopes for each of the parts along with the assembly service in the Integration Kindergarten located at Targowa Street in Uniejów 4. The cost of delivery, unloading of the subject of the contract lies with the Contractor. 5. The delivered subject of the order should be brand new, free from defects, meet the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, have the manufacturer's warranty and should meet all the requirements provided for in applicable regulations for this type of products and can not be the subject of claims of third parties. 6. The scope of the contract includes in particular: a) delivery of furniture and equipment along with transport to the facilities indicated for each of the parts separately, b) bringing furniture and equipment, c) assembly of furniture and equipment, setting and leveling 7. The detailed scope of works is included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) attached to the SWZ:. For part No. 1, Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ 8. The technical specifications contained in the SOPZ contain minimum requirements that must be met by the offered subject of the contract. 9. The scope of works also includes auxiliary and accompanying works and other works necessary to perform the contract not included in the above-mentioned documents, but necessary to perform due to the principles of technical knowledge and legal provisions, in particular: a) all types of security, including security: in terms of safety, health and safety, theft and devastation, b) repair of any damage caused during the execution of works, c) collection, transport, management and transfer for waste utilization in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended), The Contractor is a waste producer within the meaning of the Act indicated in this point and will manage on its own responsibility and expense waste generated during the implementation of the task, d) removal of generated waste from the places of their production on an ongoing basis

1.The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of multimedia equipment and museum and exhibition furniture to the Spycimierskie Center. 2.Part 4: Delivery of multimedia equipment and museum and exhibition furniture to the Spycimierskie Center is carried out as part of the investment task entitled: "Spycimierski stronghold as an attraction of cultural and folk tourism of the Uniejów Health Resort" 3. The execution of the order includes the purchase, delivery of brand new furniture, multimedia equipment and other equipment in accordance with the specified scopes for each part along with the assembly service in the Spycimierski Center located in Spycimierz 4. The cost of delivery, unloading of the subject of the contract shall be borne by the Contractor. 5. The delivered subject of the order should be brand new, free from defects, meet the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, have the manufacturer's warranty and should meet all the requirements provided for in applicable regulations for this type of products and can not be the subject of claims of third parties. 6. The scope of the contract includes in particular: a. delivery of furniture and equipment along with transport to the facilities indicated for each of the parts separately, b. bringing furniture and equipment, c. assembly of furniture and equipment, setting and leveling d. delivery of devices and software along with ensuring installation, commissioning and integration of purchased devices 7. 1.The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture and other equipment for the newly created facility Centrum Spycimierskie 2.Part 5: Delivery of furniture and other equipment to the Centrum Spycimierskie facility is carried out as part of the investment task entitled: "Spycimierski stronghold as an attraction of cultural and folk tourism of the Uniejów Health Resort" 3. The execution of the order includes the purchase, delivery of brand new furniture and other equipment in accordance with the specified scopes for each part together with with assembly service in the Spycimierski Center located in Spycimierz 4.The cost of delivery, unloading of the subject of the order lies with the Contractor. 5. 1.The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture and other equipment for the graduation tower with the geothermal water pump room and for the Geothermal Tourism Point 2 Part 6: Delivery of furniture and equipment for the graduation tower with the geothermal water pump room and to the Geothermal Tourism Point is carried out as part of the investment task "Creation of an interactive geothermal tourism point in Uniejów" and "Intensification of tourism economy in the Uniejów Health Resort through the construction of graduation tower with thermal water pump room" 3.The execution of the order includes the purchase, delivery of brand new furniture and other equipment in accordance with the specified scopes for each part along with the assembly service in the following facilities: a) Graduation towers with a pump room at Bpa Świnki Street in Uniejów b) Geothermal Tourism Point at Zamkowa Street in Uniejów. 4.
