The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new vehicles for Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Saniko Sp. z o. o. in Włocławek, divided into 2 tasks:
- task of No. 1: delivery of a brand new box, self-unloading, tarpaulin vehicle with a permissible total weight of 3.5 t, in the quantity of 1 item,
- task no. 2: supply and financed in the form of operational leasing of a brand new specialist vehicle, garbage truck, dust-free with two-chamber buildings, intended for the collection of separately collected municipal waste with 2 independent rear charging devices and 2 independently working abdomen, with a compacting function, on a three-axle chassis , with a load box capacity min. 20 m
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new box, self-unloading, tarpaulin vehicle with a total weight of 3.5 t, 1 item.
2. The vehicle shall meet the technical parameters set out in Chapter III, point 3.2 (1) (Table 1).
3. Year of production: min. 2019.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty on the box vehicle being the subject of this contract for a period of 24 months without a kilometer limit from the date of failure-free collection of the box vehicle.
5. The Contractor during the warranty period is obliged to provide free warranty inspections of the box vehicle, which will take place:
- at the Saniko technical base, and / or
- on the website indicated by the Contractor up to 50 km from the Saniko technical base. The Employer shall provide the box vehicle to the Contractor's service.
6. The Contractor is obliged to provide authorized warranty and post-warranty service, responding within 24 hours (response time should be accepted by the arrival of the service to the box vehicle) counted from the date of receipt of the notification, which will take place:
- at the Saniko technical base, and / or
- on the website indicated by the Contractor up to 50 km from the Saniko technical base. The Employer shall provide the box vehicle to the Contractor's service.
7. The Contractor ensures that on the day of delivery of the box vehicle to the Saniko technical base, it will train designated employees free of charge in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered box vehicle.
8. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own cost to the Saniko technical base located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and financed, in the form of operational leasing, of a brand new specialist vehicle, garbage truck, dust-free, with two-chamber buildings, intended for the export of separately collected municipal waste with 2 independent rear charging devices and 2 independently working abdomen, with a compacting function, on a three-axle chassis , with a load box capacity min. 20 m
2. The vehicle shall meet the technical parameters set out in Chapter III, point 3.2 (2) (Table 2).
3. Year of manufacture of the chassis and bodywork: min. 2019 year.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for a two-chamber garbage truck being the subject of this contract for a period of 24 months without a limit of kilometers from the date of trouble-free collection of a two-chamber garbage truck.
5. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty inspections of the two-chamber garbage truck, which will take place:
- at the Saniko technical base, and / or
- on the website indicated by the Contractor up to 50 km from the Saniko technical base. The Employer shall deliver a double-chamber garbage truck to the Contractor's website.
6. As part of warranty inspections, the Contractor shall bear all costs associated with their implementation, in particular: costs of labor, replacement of materials, replenishment of fluids and lubricants, cost of travel to the Saniko technical base and other costs.
7. The Contractor is obliged to provide authorized warranty and post-warranty service for the delivered chassis and bodywork, responding within 24 hours (response time should be taken by the service arrival to the chassis and / or bodywork) counted from the date of receipt of the notification, which will take place:
- at the Saniko technical base, and / or
- on the website indicated by the Contractor up to 50 km from the Saniko technical base. The Employer shall deliver a double-chamber garbage truck to the Contractor's website.
8. Two-chamber garbage truck complete after installation, meeting the CE standards.
9. The Contractor ensures that on the day of delivery of the double-chamber garbage truck to the Saniko technical base, he will train designated employees free of charge in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered double-chamber garbage truck.
10. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own cost to the Saniko technical base located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4.
11. Lease conditions:
- initial payment: 30%,
- leasing period: 36 months,
- final buyout: 1%,
- leasing currency: PLN,
- the option of buying the leased asset with pre-emption rights,
- repayment of leasing installments in equal monthly installments based on a fixed interest rate throughout the duration of the contract, i.e. for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery of the subject of the lease,
- there is no kilometer limit,
- leasing installments will include the cost of the brand new vehicle, vehicle registration costs, warranty costs, vehicle service / inspection costs during the warranty period, vehicle delivery costs to the Ordering Party, costs of tachograph legalization, costs of vehicle training, costs of guaranteeing a fixed interest rate, administrative fees and other costs and fees, if any,
- costs of third party liability insurance, AC and NW for the entire leasing period, i.e. 3 years, shall be borne by the Ordering Party, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right to choose an insurer. In the first year of use of the vehicle, the vehicle will be insured at PZU SA, while in the following years by an insurance company selected through a tender for motor insurance for the entire fleet of the enterprise.
