The Urban Environment Administration with collaborating administrations and companies in the City of Gothenburg invites you to submit tenders for land management in the areas of Askim, Torslanda and Tynnered.

The procurement concerns three separate contracts for the above-mentioned geographical areas.

The contract period runs from 2024-05-01 to 2028-04-30, with the possibility of extension for up to four years.

The contracts cover year-round maintenance of streets, pedestrian and cycle paths, school yards, park land and garden facilities, recycling stations, preschools, schools, care and nursing homes. Squares and some properties (inside and outside the plot boundary) are also included. Year-round maintenance includes landscaping, bare ground cleaning, cleaning and winter road maintenance.

The purpose of coordinated management is for the citizen, who is the end customer for the contract, to feel that the municipality represents "One city". This is achieved through the different customers' areas in an area managed by one and the same contractor.

The City of Gothenburg's Urban Environment Administration carries out the procurement and signs contracts for all collaborating customers.
