the purpose of this contract is the acquisition of transport services of identity documents for the French administrations. It constitutes a single-awarding framework agreement. The Framework Agreement is concluded with a minimum amount of 10,000,000 euro (s) HT and a maximum amount of 40 000 000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 4 firm years

the services relate to the handling, routing and delivery of parcels to French administrations located in France as well as abroad, (town halls, prefectures, consular posts, etc.). These packages contain identity documents as well as business cards. The packaging of parcels and the edition of packing slips are not the responsibility of the holder. The packaging of tickets can vary from less than 500 g to 20 kg.The scope of the services includes:- The support and collection of tickets from 2 sites located in metropolitan France.- The contradictory counting when taking charge of packages.- The routing and delivery of parcels within 48 hours maximum for the metropolitan France.- The taking charge of all customs formalities when necessary.- Special security provisions such as than provided for in the CCTP.- Trace tracing services in case of loss of parcels.the quantitative elements are as follows: 775,000 annual parcels, 99% of which are destined for France (and Dom-Com) and 1% for abroad.Small volume parcels between 100g and 20kg (77% of shipments are less than 500g)
