The estimated value of the framework agreement during the contract period, including any extensions, amounts to SEK 3,000,000. No guarantees linked to volume are given.

The maximum ceiling volume of the procurement amounts to SEK 5,000,000.

If the turnover of UM jointly reaches the ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, UM has the right to terminate the framework agreement until immediate termination. Such termination shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded under the Framework Agreement. The tenderer is not entitled to compensation, damages or the like in connection with such termination.
