The purpose of this public contract is the maintenance and supply of equipment of 1 re intervention and relief in the entirety of the sites of the University of Cergy-Pontoise. This contract is a public service contract within the meaning of Article 5 of Order No. 2015-899 of 25.7.2015. It includes, on an ancillary basis, the procurement of supplies. This market is concluded at mixed prices. It came in the form of a framework agreement with single-order purchase orders. As an indication and not contractual, the estimated amount of benefits to BC amounts to 100 000 EUR TTC per year.

The UCP wishes to contract a maintenance, supply and installation of equipment and small modifications, extensions and / or deletions on the equipment of 1 re intervention. This contract is composed of 2 types of services: the preventive maintenance of 1 st level in ISO sense of maintenance levels and curative maintenance (parts and labor) and small jobs, extension of equipment, standard exchange or replacement of level 2, 3 and 4 equipment in the ISO sense of maintenance levels .

The preventive maintenance services will be remunerated by application of a fixed price.

The services of curative maintenance (repairs and small work) will be the subject of purchase orders established on the basis of a list of unit prices.
