ECSEL JU will invite European industry and research communities, together with decision-makers to present and assess progress, over the years, of projects funded by the ECSEL JU programme in relation to international developments in the Electronics Components and Systems (ECS) field, and this to a broad audience (including press and other publicly visible instruments).

ECSEL JU is looking for an economic operator that will manage:

— logistics, catering services, branding and technical equipment for the Symposium plenary (17/18 June) in the House of Parliament in Bucharest,

— venue identification and rental, logistics, catering services, branding and technical equipment for an exhibition and a social event on 17 June,

— venue identification and rental, logistics, catering services and branding for a social event on 18 June; and

— logistics, catering services, branding and technical equipment for the ECSEL JU Public Authorities Board and Governing Board meetings on 19.6.2019.
